By accessing and using the EuroMed Advice platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions of Use. If you do not agree to any of these terms, please do not use our services.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be published on this page and will take effect immediately upon publication.

EuroMed Advice offers the following online medical services:

• Medical Second Opinion - independent evaluations from European specialists
• Lab Analysis Interpretation - clear explanations of medical results
• Stoma Consulting - specialized support for stoma patients
• Dietary Consultations - personalized nutrition plans

To use our services, you must meet the following conditions:

• Be at least 18 years old or have parental/legal guardian consent
• Have the legal capacity to enter into contracts
• Provide accurate and complete information

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account:

• Keep your password safe and do not disclose it to anyone
• Do not share your login credentials with others
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

As a user, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete medical information
• Use the platform only for lawful purposes in accordance with these terms
• Maintain respectful behavior in communication with medical staff
• Not use the platform for illegal or fraudulent activities

All content on the EuroMed Advice platform, including but not limited to texts, images, logos, software, and design, is the property of EuroMed Advice or its licensors and is protected by copyright laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

Our payment policy is as follows:

• Payments are processed securely through Stripe, a PCI-DSS certified payment provider
• Refunds are possible according to our refund policy, available upon request
• Prices are displayed in EUR and include all applicable taxes

EuroMed Advice shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of services
• Actions or omissions of third parties, including service providers
• Technical interruptions, system errors, or data loss

Your account may be suspended or closed in the following situations:

• Violation of these Terms and Conditions
• At your request, in accordance with GDPR rights
• Prolonged inactivity (over 24 months)

These terms are governed by:

• Romanian legislation, including the Civil Code and Commercial Code
• The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) of the European Union
• Any disputes will be resolved by the competent courts in Bucharest, Romania
