Gabriel Bassula, a colorectal surgeon, saw that fog on his patients' faces countless times. He knew an uncomfortable truth: Europe is full of outstanding specialists for almost any case. Yet, more often than not, the very patient who needs them cannot reach them. Distance, language, waiting lists and bureaucracy stand between a person and the answer on which everything can sometimes depend.

And so a simple but bold idea was born: if expertise cannot reach the patient through traditional means, it can reach them digitally, securely, quickly and across borders. Gabriel gathered a team that covered everything needed: trusted medicine, clinical strategy, partnership development and technology built from the ground up for security. They also chose a name that says it all: “klar” means clear in Swedish. Because that is exactly what they wanted to offer: clarity where there had been confusion.

KlarMedicin was founded in Sweden, under Euromed Konsult AB, as a bridge between patients and a second opinion from verified European specialists. We do not replace your treating physician, and we do not promise miracles. We promise something more valuable: a trusted second pair of eyes that turns uncertainty into a decision you can make with a clear mind.
